With nearly 15 years’ experience, Maëva has always had a passion for advising and supporting others — a drive that shaped her career from the very beginning. After several years in agency roles, during which she led the Lifestyle and Society department of a rapidly expanding firm and worked with major clients such as Booking.com and Radisson Hotel Group, she co-founded Base Communication, driven by a desire to challenge the status quo. Specialising in the tourism, lifestyle and ConsumerTech sectors, she creates bespoke strategies that skilfully combine compelling storytelling with measurable media impact.

With nearly 20 years’ experience, Stéphanie has worked both in agencies and as head of public relations departments across Europe and North America. London, Paris, Chicago and Montréal are among the cities where she has lived and worked. Specialising in the tourism sector, she has supported numerous destinations, including Québec, Martinique, Lisbon and Bahrain, as well as airlines and hotel groups in developing their public relations and promotional strategies. She co-founded Base Communication to apply her expertise in delivering tailored, strategic solutions.
