The website www.base-communication.com (hereinafter the “Site”) is published by:

2. Purpose of the terms of use

These Terms of Use (TOU) define the conditions under which any user may access and use the Site, which presents the activities of Base Communication, including a blog section and a newsletter subscription form.
By using the Site, users acknowledge having read and agree to comply with these TOU. If they do not agree, they should refrain from using the Site.
The TOU complement the Legal Notice and Privacy Policy available on the Site.

3. Services Offered

The Site allows users to:

• Discover the services and expertise offered by Base Communication;

• Read articles published on the blog;

• Subscribe to the newsletter via the dedicated form (subscription subject to a double opt-in process);

No paid services or client areas are offered on the Site.

4. Access to the site

Access to the Site is free of charge. Users are responsible for their own equipment (computer, internet connection, etc.) to access the Site.
Base Communication endeavours to ensure the Site’s availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
Temporary interruptions for maintenance or due to force majeure may occur, for which Base Communication cannot be held liable.

5. Intellectual property

All original content on the Site (texts, logos, videos, graphics, etc.) is the exclusive property of Base Communication or its partners, protected by intellectual property laws.
The Site also uses visuals from royalty-free image banks such as Unsplash.com and Pexels.com, used in accordance with their licences. These images remain the property of their respective authors.
Any reproduction, representation, modification, distribution, or use of the original content, in whole or in part, without prior written permission is prohibited.

6. Newsletter subscription form

Newsletter subscription is via a form available on the Site.
The subscription uses a double opt-in system: after signing up, users receive a confirmation email with a link to validate their subscription.
The data collected (email address) is used solely for sending the newsletter, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Users can unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link included in each email.

7. Blog and comment moderation

The Site features a blog section with articles published by Base Communication.
Users may post comments, which are subject to moderation before publication.
Base Communication reserves the right to refuse, modify, or delete any comment deemed illegal, offensive, defamatory, racist or contrary to good morals, without prior notice or justification.
